Riverplace Marina Breakwater
The outside dock is a public dock, with access to downtown. The put-in is not ideal: Parking is poor, on-street parking requires lengthy walks, and the nearest parking garage is far from the dock. High traffic and pedestrian use also complicate the logistics of the site.
