McLain Island
This island provides relative quiet. The island makes for a good lunch stop. The image above is on approach to the island (which lies in the center of the river), while the images to the right feature paddlers passing through the channel on the right side of the island. (no amenities)

I work across from the island. The deer swim to and from the island from the mainland.

The island is named McLain Island, not McLane.
Please revise, it would be much appreciated.
